My Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a person-in-environment approach to treatment. This means that I see you as an individual who is impacted by people, systems, and society. Instead of figuring out what’s “wrong” with you, let’s look at what happened in your life to shape what you believe, what you think, and how you show up in the world.
During sessions, I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. You can learn more about each of these treatment methods in the sections below.
Whether you're new to therapy or ready to dig deep, I’m here for you. I'm here to listen to you, empathize with you, and challenge you to make the changes you want in your life. With compassion and openness, let's get started on your therapeutic journey!
